Payments

We use Gigapay to handle creator payments, ensuring compliance and faster payouts.

The first time you join a campaign or accept a payment contract, you’ll be introduced to Gigapay and invited to their system.

After receiving your first email from Gigapay, you can sign up. However, no payment will be available until the brand has approved your contract and completed the payment on the platform.

On the Payments page in the app, you can track the status of unpaid contracts and completed payments.

Once a payment is ready, you’ll receive an email from Gigapay prompting you to accept the payout and fill in any missing information.

Payouts to influencers are typically processed within a few business days after payment confirmation.

If you’ve used our previous wallet payment system

In the app, you can view your old payments under Wallet, where you can still download invoices and withdraw any earned money until March 2026.
