Report a bug on Dreaminfluence
At Dreaminfluence, we want to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all our brand partners. Still, from time to time, technical issues can occur — and when they do, we want to hear about them. Reporting bugs helps us quickly identify and resolve problems, so you can stay focused on running successful campaigns.
If you experience a technical issue or notice that something isn’t working as expected on the Dreaminfluence platform, you can report it directly from your dashboard. Follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your Dreaminfluence brand account.
- Click the Help icon in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.
- Select “Report a bug” from the available options.
- A form will open. Please fill it out with the following information:
- Name: Your full name
- Email: Your work email address
- Description: Clearly describe what happened, including: what you were trying to do, what went wrong and whether the issue is recurring
Screenshots (optional): Click “Attach file” to upload any images that illustrate the problem.

When finished, click “Submit bug report”.
Tips for better reporting:
- Be as specific and detailed as possible.
- Mention any relevant influencer names, campaign titles, or team names.
- Including screenshots or screen recordings can help us identify and resolve the issue faster.
