Our Wallet simplifies and streamlines influencer payments, making it more efficient for businesses while ensuring a seamless experience for influencers!

What is a Wallet?

A Wallet is a digital bank account, similar to solutions like PLEO. You get a digital bank account through MangoPay, which serves as your dedicated Influencer Spend account. Our Wallet is powered by MangoPay, an EU-licensed and regulated financial institution.

Why a wallet is necessary?

With a Wallet, you can deposit funds at your convenience and avoid managing multiple small invoices to pay influencers quickly. Instead, you can use your Wallet balance to pay influencers directly, allowing them to receive payment on the same day.

 


1.0 Top Up Your Wallet

 

1.1 Go to the “Wallet” page

1.2 Click on “Top-up”

1.3 Follow the on-screen instructions

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.0 Easily and Quickly Pay Completed Influencer Collaborations

If there are funds in your Wallet, you can pay influencers who have completed a collaboration within a campaign immediately on the “Approve & Pay” page.

2.1 Approve & Pay

• Go to the “Approve & Pay” page.

• Click “Approve & Pay” next to an influencer to approve and pay them individually. Alternatively, click “Approve and Pay All” to approve and pay everyone on the list for a campaign at once.

 

2.2 Confirm

Confirm that you want to pay the chosen influencers. Afterward, you will be able to pay using your wallet. Invoices will be generated and sent to the email address you provided for proper bookkeeping.


 

2.3 Influencer Payment Completed

You have now paid the selected influencers for their work on a campaign. They will receive the payment in their account within 24 hours, and the influencer will be notified accordingly.

How do I withdraw money from my Wallet?

To withdraw funds from your Wallet, EU regulations require us to have KYB (Know Your Business) approval for your company. This means you must be approved before you can withdraw from your Wallet. The KYB approval ensures that the account receiving the funds is owned by the same company that deposited the funds into your Wallet. Reach out to contact@dreaminfluence.com for more information.
