Automated Payment compensation - FAQ

 The following guide is explaining the previous payment system, should only be used for legacy payments instead, see our new guide for the new payment system.
 

Why are you asking me to transfer money to something called MANGOPAY SA?

  • MangoPay is our PSP (Payment Service Provider). We’ve partnered with them to provide you with the best pricing options as possible. They handle all transfers for us - including distribution of the total campaign amount between the influencers

 

How long does it take for payments to reach the influencers?

  • It can take up towards 3 business days from your initiated transfer to the system registering said transfer

 

Why do you add a fee to my payments?

  • We have invested both time, money and sweat to support Automated Payments, and have running costs to maintain, support and facilitate payments through our payment service provider. As such we charge a fee to cover the costs

 

Will influencers receive the total amount or do you take any fees?

  • We take a 10% fee on the influencer side, meaning that 90% of the amount will go directly to the influencers
