Payment System
Introduction
The payment system in Dreaminfluence is built to simplify and streamline influencer payouts. You can pay multiple influencers at once with ease, while we take care of all the compliance requirements and administrative details. This ensures every creator gets paid correctly and on time, giving you a smooth and worry-free payment process.
How it works
When you create your first campaign with payments, you’ll be prompted to set up payments. During this step, you’ll review and approve the payment system’s terms and conditions. Once completed, you can define your payment compensation, including the amount and whether it should be negotiable. The payment system operates in EUR, so all amounts should be entered in euros.
After you publish the campaign, influencers can apply to join. When they do, they’ll either accept or negotiate the proposed compensation before becoming part of the campaign.
Once an influencer has completed their tasks or you decide to approve them manually, you can review and confirm which influencers should be paid in the Review and Pay section.
After you confirm the payments, an invoice will automatically be generated and sent to you directly from us, just like your previous invoices from your subscription.
If you have a card enabled, we’ll automatically process the payment using your saved card.
Once you approve the payments, the payout process to influencers begins, and the payments can no longer be reversed.

FAQ
If you’ve used our wallet payment system before
In the new payment system, you will no longer receive a summarized invoice containing all creator invoices. This process is now handled by Gigapay, which ensures that influencers are paid directly.
You’ll receive a single invoice from us upon approval, similar to the invoices you’ve received for your subscription.
Previously, VAT was not applied to the full amount on the invoice; this will now be the case.
You must first approve payments to influencers, which will then generate the invoice you’ll need to pay. It’s no longer possible to pay before the invoice has been issued.
What happens to your current campaigns
Your current campaigns using the “Payment” compensation type (not “Direct Payments”) will continue to run in the old system through Mangopay.
Unpaid invoices and existing contracts will also need to be completed in the old system. Once everything has been settled there, we’ll refund any remaining balance to the same bank account that was originally used to fund the wallet.
Transition timeline
From November 2025 to March 2026, we’ll reach out to assist with offboarding from the old system, ensuring all payments are finalized and any remaining funds are refunded.
You’ll still have access to all old invoices, which will appear on a separate page in the platform.
Can I use a card?
Reach out to your customer success, and we’ll help you add a card for payments.
Some cards have limits of around €2.500–€3.500 per transaction, depending on your bank or card provider.
