Invite creators and grow your team

How to grow your team on the platform

Building and growing a strong micro-influencer community requires ongoing recruitment. While influencers can apply to join your team themselves, you can also take a more proactive approach by inviting relevant creators directly through the platform.

The Verified Influencers feature makes this easy. It allows you to discover and invite creators who are relevant to your brand, helping you grow your team, expand your pool of potential collaborators, and increase the chances of getting more influencers onto your campaigns.

In addition, under Team Settings, you can define your preferred Target Group and specify what type of influencers you are interested in working with. This helps ensure that the creators you attract and invite are more aligned with your brand and campaign goals.

Used together, Verified Influencers and your Target Group settings create a stronger foundation for building a relevant and engaged brand team over time.

Set your preferences in Team Settings

To make your team-building efforts even more effective, it is important to keep your Team Settings updated.

Under Target Group, you can specify what type of influencers you are interested in collaborating with. This helps give your team a clearer direction and improves your chances of attracting creators who are relevant to your brand, audience, and objectives. Keeping these settings updated is a simple but effective way to support a more relevant and efficient recruitment process.

How to use Verified Influencers

To get started, go to the Verified Influencers section on the platform.

Here, you can browse through creator profiles and evaluate whether they are a good fit for your brand based on their content, audience, and overall profile. You can also apply filters to make your search more relevant and tailored to your specific needs.

When reviewing a creator profile, you will be able to see useful information such as the creator’s name, their social media platforms, and selected key metrics from Instagram and/or TikTok. These metrics may include views, audience data, and engagement insights, helping you assess whether the creator matches your brand and target audience.

If a creator seems like a good fit, you can invite them directly to your brand team. Once invited, they will have the opportunity to accept the invitation and become part of your team.

By inviting creators yourself, you do not have to rely only on incoming applications. Instead, you can actively build a stronger and more relevant team, increase the number of available creator profiles, and improve campaign participation over time. Together with your Target Group settings, this gives you a better starting point for future collaborations and helps strengthen your overall campaign performance.
