When do i receive my money?
- When you attend campaigns that involve automatic payments you will upon brand payment get the money into your wallet where you can do a withdrawal to your own account.
- After the campaign deadline the company will review the posted content in the system and flag it as approved, as this happens you will see a payment in pending status on your wallet page from the brand. The brand now sends the money and then the system successfully receives it the payment in your wallet will show as successful and the wallet now has money you can withdraw.
Why do you need my personal information (Passport / drivers license, Social security number, etc.)?
- It is required by law that you be verified as a person in order to receive payments
How long does it take to receive my payment withdrawal?
- It can take up towards 3 business days to process your withdrawal request, when the money is in your wallet.
- It will first be possible for the company to pay the invoice, when the campaign have ended.
Why do you charge a 10% + VAT fee from my payments?
- We have invested both time, money and sweat to support Automated Payments, and have running costs to maintain, support and facilitate payments through our payment service provider. As such we charge a fee to cover the costs
How long does it take to be verified?
- It can take up towards 72 hours to be verified and accepted after submitting your info
